Multiplier Event in Italy
Istituto Europeo di Studi Superiori, Reggio Emilia -ITALY, organized a set of multiplier events on 18 May 2023.
The topic was “Education and sustainable development” and the aim was to inform the local community and stakeholders about the objectives and final outputs of the project.
Multiplier Event in Portugal
Within Workshop 10 of the “IX ENCONTRO DO CFAERC” that took place at Escola Secundária José Saramago-Mafra, PORTUGAL, many teachers from various schools participated in the project dissemination event entitled “Explorar os ODS em Sala de Aula: um Programa Ambiental” (“Exploring the SDGs in the Classroom: An Environmental Programme”).
Multiplier Event in Spain
Colegio Santo Domingo Savio from Úbeda- SPAIN showed EEP to future teachers at Escuelas Profesionales SAFA (Teaching university), taking profit of Experimental Sciences subject. This multiplier event held on 10 May 2023 consisted on the following points:
– presentation of Erasmus + programme and EEP general aspects
– booklet of each module
– dissemination of Reggio Emilia LTTA
– practical activity
All participants received a leaflet and a certificate of attendance.
Multiplier Event in Romania
Colegiul Național “Octavian Goga” from Sibiu, ROMANIA, organised the multiplier event on 30 May 2023. The topic was “Education and sustainable development” and the aim was to inform local teachers and stakeholders about the objectives and final output of the project. Romanian students also presented their study on Sustainability in the city of Sibiu. An important part of the event was the online presentation on Citizen Science made by Victoras Pallikaras, our partner from A & A Emphasys Interactive Solutions Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Multiplier Event in Cyprus
Driven by the desire to multiply our results and to reach as many as possible teachers and students and involve them in the project, Emphasys planned and organized two Multiplier Events in total.
ME 1: The event aimed to promote and disseminate the EEP project to school teachers and students, as well as those interested in learning about the project’s topics. The Multiplier Event was conducted between 09:00 – 13:00. Participants were introduced to the project’s aims, objectives, partners, and material developed. In addition, they had the chance to develop and present their own citizen observatory that could be based in a classroom, therefore increasing their competences and knowledge around technology applications in environmental education. Finally, the participants participated in an activity involving the creation of a self-watering plant with the use of a plastic bottle, therefore promoting the implementation of circular economy.
ME 2: The event aimed to promote and disseminate the EEP project to school teachers and students. The second Multiplier Event was conducted between 09:00 – 13:00, and was split into two identical sessions, one at 09:00 and one at 11:00, with each being 2-hourse long. Participants were introduced to the project’s aims, objectives, partners, and material developed. Finally, they had the chance to investigate drone applications for environmental purposes.
